Introduction

Even in today's society, stereotyping is not uncommon. One of the most common form of stereotypes is gender stereotypes, for instance, men must always act in a "masculine" manner, and female must always be "feminine". While gender stereotypes may seem to have decreased throughout the years, it still remains prevalent today, and can commonly be seen in business.

  1. Your choice on how to carry yourself is your choice. Conforming to others views on what and how you should act really only damages you.

Conformity will never get you ahead in life. If you are like every other person in a group, you will never stand out. Even being negatively judged is a good thing, because that means you are being individually looked at.
